The GC/CM Tacoma Dome Station’s Phase II Expansion was essentially a fast-track project slated slted for opening in just 14 months. Providing 1,200 new parking stalls, Phase II doubled the facility’s overall parking capacity, and includes a public plaza, customer service center and retail space. The project included various overhead canopies, rockery and water features and a concrete plaza and steps. The project also required numerous connecting bridges to the Phase I facility.
