The Absher/WJA team was awarded the new design-build regional training center project for the Washington Army National Guard and the Washington State Military Department. This innovative, highly-efficient facility will also be used in the event of a natural or man-made emergency, and will be available as a rental facility and an emergency shelter. The project is scheduled for completion in June 2016.
