FY12 SOF COF Company Operations Facility Fort Lewis

This project was completed by Adept-Absher 1 Joint Venture, an 8A set-aside joint venture with Adept Mechanical. The project consists of a design-build, two-story company operations facility (COF) for two companies, with associated covered hardstand and supporting facilities. Scope included relocating Madigan Bypass, relocating the existing primary electrical distribution system to underground power, sanitary sewer realignment, and construction of a physical training trail.
