The new 47,392 SF Wenatchee Valley YMCA—a $25M progressive design‑build project delivered by Absher + ALSC—is rapidly advancing toward its targeted November 2026 opening date. Designed to achieve LEED Silver, the two‑story facility will feature a gymnasium, elevated running track, children’s playroom, lap and leisure pools, open fitness areas, and flexible community rooms, enabling the YMCA to double or triple its regional impact and create 30–40 new jobs.
