Wenatchee Convention Center

The Wenatchee Convention Center Expansion project was a $13.9M project that included the construction of a two-story addition to the existing Convention Center and Numerica Performing Arts Center. The upper level added three breakout rooms, pre-function space, back-of-house areas, a kitchen expansion, IT and electrical rooms, and an office. The lower level of the expansion included new restrooms, additional pre-function spaces, a large unfinished assembly/storage area, and centralized lighting controls. The project also included a 7,000 sf renovation of existing meeting room space for added breakout rooms and a larger meeting area. Additionally, a new elevator provided service to both the new expansion and the Numerica Performing Arts Center. Lastly, exterior improvements included a new main entrance into the Convention Center from N. Wenatchee Ave, a new loading dock, and added parking spots for Convention Center staff.
