Tiny Tots Development Center/Childcare

This 2.5M negotiated tenant improvement project involved new construction of a childcare and early childhood education center for the non-profit organization Tiny Tots Development Center, to provide child care services, preschool, and early childhood education. The 6,767 SF center features individualized classrooms for each age group within modules, including two infant classrooms, two toddler classrooms, and two preschool classrooms. Each classroom included diaper-changing stations and restrooms with fixtures sized to accommodate toddler/preschool-aged children.
