Washington State University Washington Building Renovation

The project consists of design-build interior renovations to the existing third floor of the WSU Washington Building. We reconfigured previous nurses’ stations, patient, x-ray, surgical and work rooms, physical therapy rooms into offices, waiting rooms, testing and practicum work rooms, break rooms, restrooms and storage areas. The renovation also included upgrades to existing systems (mechanical, electrical and fire-alarm), revisions to the fire-sprinkler system, and asbestos abatement.
