UW Clark Hall

Clark Hall Renovation project involved completely gutting and renovating the circa 1896 building. The four-story, 30,450 s.f. project included asbestos abatement, elevator installation, the addition of shear walls, complete replacement of mechanical and electrical systems, installation of thermostatically controlled skylights, revised building-accessibility routes, masonry restoration, replacement of roofing and windows, and site/landscaping.
