University of Washington Parrington Hall

This $18.9M Progressive Design-Build project with Absher+Integrus was a 40,000 SF renovation of the historic 4-story building which was originally built in 1902 and is the second oldest building on the UW campus. The renovation to Parrington Hall included the interior, reconfigure space to meet the Evans School of Public Policy’s program needs for flexible learning and office space, as well as updated building systems. This was a historical building which required preserving the building exterior per Landmark Permit.
