Snoqualmie Community Center Expansion

This 24,000 SF addition to the existing community center will include a pool and locker rooms, multi-purpose space, and expansion of cardio/fitness space. Phase 1 of this progressive design-build project is complete, including design development and permit drawings which have been submitted to the City. Absher’s team worked hand in hand with the City of Snoqualmie on Phase 1 Services to accelerate design to complete a permittable set of docs vesting the project in the 2018 energy code. This provided cost and operating certainty to the City and the facility operator, YMCA. The City is currently evaluating the construction phase of this project against other priorities in their capital budget.
