This $9.4M, historic hospitality facility included renovation and buildout of 87 guestrooms within 4 floors and totaled 40,000 SF. Redesigned guestrooms are decorated with locally crafted furnishings that incorporate natural textures woods and organic fabrics. New in-room amenities include an upgraded fireplace and a bathroom with either a spa-like shower with dual shower heads or a soaking tub. Other updates included replacing the existing siding with new Allura fiber cement siding as well as new weather barrier and exterior window/sliding door.
