Alexan Gateway
The $37.6M Alexan Gateway project involved new construction of apartments including 283 residential units within three buildings and totaled 325,174 SF. Each building has four floors and ground-level garages. Units are a mix of one-, two- and three-bedroom configurations. One building features a fitness room, community space with kitchen, TV room, fireplace, and an exterior deck. All buildings share a common outdoor swimming pool, large playground, barbecue area, and fire pit. The project also included a single-story maintenance facility.
