University of Washington Parrington Hall

Seattle, WA

Absher is teamed with Integrus Architecture on this design-build project for the University of Washington’s Parrington Hall Renovation. The 42,000 SF, 4-story historic building was originally constructed in 1902 and is the second oldest building on the UW campus. Our team will renovate the interior, reconfigure space to meet the Evans School of Public Policy’s program needs for flexible learning and office space, as well as update building systems. Construction is expected to begin in the spring of 2019, with a contract value of $14M.
