Great Wolf Lodge

Grand Mound, Wa

Great Wolf Lodge is the tenth resort/waterpark property by Great Wolf Resorts. The most comprehensive of all their properties, the project is a fully appointed family-destination resort featuring eleven different family-suite configurations, a full-service business/conference center and the west coast’s largest indoor waterpark. The project was essentially built concurrently with design. Phase I consisted of, an AvedaTM family spa, teens’ and children’s arcade and activity areas, two themed restaurants and a number of other dining/retail locations, a StarbucksTM coffee shop, fitness center and gift shop. The waterpark structure was constructed of concrete slabs and custom-formed concrete, metal-stud systems and exposed steel and glu-lam beams.
