Our Tacoma Convention Center team, Supt. Dennis S. and Project Engineer Juan H., hosted students from the Tool Center on a jobsite tour. The TOOL Center is part of Tacoma Training and Employment Program’s 13-week pre-apprenticeship program located at Bates Technical College. This program focuses on employment readiness skills, a building and construction curriculum, financial counseling and networking and connecting students to training facilities and potential employers. We hope to see many of these students on an Absher jobsite in the near future!
