The $46M Bowman Creek Elementary School replacement project for Auburn School District was the final of three new elementary school construction projects. The new 72,000 SF new elementary school is located on the border of King/Pierce County. The new building includes general classrooms, specialty classrooms for music and special education, administration area, gymnasium, library, kitchen and other support spaces.
