Northgate Station Park

The Northgate Mall Redevelopment was delivered as a multi-year, multi-phase project totaling over $500 million. The completed master plan successfully transformed the former mall into a vibrant, walkable mixed-use neighborhood featuring 11 new buildings. The development includes approximately 1,200 residential units; 129,000 SF of retail and restaurant space; a 110,000 SF hotel; 804,000 SF of office space; and a 500-stall parking garage. The project is complemented by thoughtfully designed green and open spaces, including parks and gardens, landscaped pedestrian walkways, and a central urban plaza.
