Absher’s teams put their heads together to participate in our second annual Hard Hat Challenge. Each holiday season, we challenge each jobsite and department to transform a standard white hard hat into a creative display.
The competition was FIERCE this year, but the judges have decided, and the Preconstruction team has won this year’s grand prize! Their winning entry was an industrial, deconstructed lamp with the hard hat as the shade. The team even brainstormed words that represent Absher and etched them on the light bulbs! Other teams’ designs were inspired by the holidays, the Apple Cup, their work, and many of our clients.
