Unity Village

Unity Village was new construction project of 30 affordable rental housing units near the White Center business district. The project features one, two and three bedroom flat style and townhome apartments ranging from 600 to 1,000 square feet, with open floor plans, high ceilings, and market-rate finishes such as solid surface countertops and solid wood cabinets. The majority of the apartments are two- and three-bedrooms in order to serve the larger, multi-generational families of the White Center community.
