Harborside Condos

This 78-unit luxury condominium complex was built on Bremerton’s waterfront, overlooking Sinclair Inlet. The 190,000 s.f. project included three underground parking levels crowned by two seven-story residential towers. The high-end interior finishes feature nine-foot ceilings, ornate woodwork, fireplaces and marble counters, with waterside units featuring floor to-ceiling windows. A public promenade runs between the two towers and the waterfront on the east side, with cast-in-place concrete stairs, walks and planters.
