Auburn Elementary Schools

The Auburn Elementary School #15 is a GC/CM $46.7M project. The 72,000 SF new elementary school will be located in an established residential neighborhood and on 8.9 acres. The new building will include general classrooms, specialty classrooms for music and special education, administration area, gymnasium, library, kitchen and other support spaces. Additional site features will include playground and playfield improvements, student pick-up and drop-off, bus loading and unloading, staff and visitor parking, event parking, delivery area, infrastructure and space for 6 portable classroom and landscape areas.
