Description

The FY14 project is a joint-venture with our small-business protege, Jabez Construction. This project encompasses two new buildings—a ¬†Company Operations Facility (COF) and a Tactical Equipment Maintenance Facility (TEMF) for the Army Corps of Engineers at JBLM. The project is LEED Silver pending—with a focus on many green features such as: high-efficiency HVAC; lighting control system and photovoltaic (solar) panels.
